2011 Schedule - The only way to reserve a spot in any event is to pre-pay.
When all the spots have been sold out, a wait list will start.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have registered and paid for the event you can cancel up to 2 weeks (14 days) before and get either a full refund (less a $25 processing fee) or a credit towards another event. Cancellations received up to 120 hours (5 days) in advance of the first day of the event will result in a credit held towards another event of your choice based upon availability. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the first day of the event are issued NO credit. Events are held rain or shine, if the track calls the event off due to unsafe track conditions everyone will be issued a credit.
